Returns Policy
Returns are accepted if the product arrives damaged or faulty, and a claim is made within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned in its original packaging with all components.
Discounted items cannot be returned.
Commissioned or modified items cannot be returned.
Gift certificates cannot be returned.
Warranty Policy
Items with a 1 Year Warranty indicated in the product description will be repaired or replaced if they break within the first year from date of purchase, under normal wearing conditions. This warranty does not cover loss, theft or inappropriate handling.
Please follow the care instructions indicated in the Care Guide tab within the product details. If these instructions are not followed, the warranty is voided.
Customers must return the piece via mail at their own cost.
This warranty is only valid for purchases made on or after 17/08/24, the date the warranty policy was implemented.
